Proposals to host the next VUVX conference are solicited. The International Scientific Committee will meet to discuss site selection for the next VUVX conference during the conference week.
To submit a conference proposal, please provide an expression of interest to the secretary of the International Scientific Committee, Dr. Eric Shirley (Eric.Shirley@nist.gov).
Each proposal will be given 15 minutes in the International Scientific Committee meeting for presentation. The presentation should include site specification and capacity, local accommodations and expected costs, and any nearby scientific facilities that may be of interest.
The ISC meeting will take place Monday July 12th, in LSI 1330 from 16:30 - 18:15.
